2.3 The payment of all additional expenses related to the use of the service, the request for services from associated companies, including those that the service provider or the Internet may request, is the responsibility of the User.

- upload, post, broadcast or otherwise transmit any content for which you do not have the legal right to transmit or broadcast under any conditions, under any legal system, Romanian or foreign, contractual or trust relationships (such as confidential information, those under proprietary right, found out or disclosed as part of the service relationship or under the incidence of confidentiality agreements);
- upload, post, broadcast or otherwise transmit any type of advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation, with the exception of the portions of the service that are formed for this purpose;
- upload, post, broadcast or otherwise transmit any material that contains viruses or any other type of code, files or programs that are designed to destroy, interrupt or limit the operation of any other software, hardware components or telecommunications equipment;
4. Content of personal offers on www.fokusdigitalservices.com
4.1 the rs.ro team does not own property rights over the content of the pages posted in the space made available to users. By sending content for inclusion in the personal offers on the website www.fokusdigitalservices.com, you give permission to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the content of the personal message, without payment and by any means it deems appropriate, only for the purpose of display, distribution and promoting your personal products. 6.1 You agree to indemnify and protect the rs.ro team from any claims or demands, including court costs or attorneys' fees, made by a third person or organization due to or arising from the content of personal offers or due to the use of the rs.ro team's services , connecting to www.fokusdigitalservices.com, violating the Terms and Conditions or violating any rights of that third party.
7. General practices regarding use and storage
7.1 You are aware that the rs.ro team can establish a set of general practices and limitations regarding the use of services. Currently, each open account benefits from an unlimited number of ads that can be posted, the maximum size of a file included in an ad is 100 KB, files larger than 100 KB cannot be transferred to the server, and the type of supported files they are only from the category of images: exclusively the extensions .jpg, .jpeg and .gif.
7.2 Accessing the account is considered the successful login using the account name and password; for the personal announcement update, only the specific forms available on the rs.ro team will be used via the HTTP protocol through port 80 (HTTP:8080).
8. Termination of collaboration

We use Google AdSense, Google Conversion Tracking and Google Remarketing services on our web pages.
Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") intended to measure the success of our Google-enabled advertising campaigns (AdWords). 10.2 The responsibility of the rs.ro team (if this is determined by a court of law or an arbitral tribunal) resulting in any way from or in connection with the provision of the service according to these conditions, is limited in the case of each event or in the case of any series of several events for 100 Euros.

Furthermore, you are aware and agree that any content from advertising banners or promotions or other information available through the rs.ro team is protected by copyright, trademarks or service marks, patents or other property rights or applicable laws in force in Romania. You agree not to modify, rent, assign, lend, sell, distribute or create derivative materials based on the services or programs used within the portal, unless otherwise expressly stipulated by the rs.ro team regarding to the services offered by the rs.ro team.

The entire content of the rs.ro team website - images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphic elements, scripts, programs and other data - is the property of the rs.ro team and is protected by the Copyright Protection Law and other laws regarding intellectual and industrial property. 15. Personal data
According to Regulation (EU) 679/2016, known as the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, Rentrop&Straton S.R.L. through the company mandated by us, Fokus Digital Services SRL, a company whose sole partner is Rentrop&Straton, and within which the same high-level security and protection standards are applied, is obliged to process the personal data provided by you, only in compliance security measures and for the communicated purpose.
The personal data you send us when filling out the contact forms or by e-mail are treated with strict confidentiality. You are not obliged to send us personal data, but the data voluntarily sent by you will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing your request. The data may be the subject of an intra-group transmission (the R&S Group is made up of the companies: Rentrop&Straton S.R.L., Fokus Digital Services S.R.L - a company 100% owned by R&S, Tandem Consultanta si Management S.R.L - a company 100% owned by an R&S associate) exclusively for internal purposes. In exceptional cases, the data are processed with our consent by collaborating partners (authorized persons). In such a case, we make sure that our carefully chosen partner meets the legal requirements regarding data protection.
Fokus Digital Services S.R.L., the company mandated by us, is a personal data operator for the purpose of customer relations and complaint resolution.
According to Regulation (EU) 679/2016, known as the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, you benefit from the right of access, intervention on the data and the right not to be subject to an individual decision. At the same time, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of the data. Also, your right to go to justice is recognized.

16. Newsletter request
The content of our newsletter includes information about goods, campaigns and contests of Rentrop&Straton SRL, as well as information about offers.
If you subscribe to our free newsletter, it is mandatory to provide us with the following information: e-mail address and optional name/surname to personalize communications with you.
In the subscription process, the page from which you initiated the newsletter request process is also stored (e.g. from the contact form, from a competition form or directly through the newsletter subscription page). This serves exclusively to optimize our website.
If during the login you voluntarily provide additional data related to your person (name, surname), we use this data only to insert a personal appellation in the newsletter. You can modify or delete these data individually at any time. You can find the link in this sense at the bottom of the newsletter. Subsequently, the additional data provided voluntarily is modified according to your requirements or deleted immediately.
After completing and sending the registration form, you will receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation link. If you click within 14 days on the link contained in it, you become a subscriber. By confirming the subscription, you confirm that you agree with the processing of your e-mail address, the subscription page and your optional data for the purposes mentioned here.
You can revoke your consent to request our newsletter at any time for the future by clicking on the corresponding unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by sending an e-mail to dpo@rs.ro. Your email address will be immediately deleted from the subscriber database.
17. What data do we process when you register an order?
When you place an order on our website, the data we need to process the order are your name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and address, if the purchased product requires delivery.
After registering the order, our colleagues from the "Online order confirmation" department will call you to confirm the order, then the proforma or fiscal invoice will be issued. If an invoice is issued, your personal data will be archived and kept according to the accounting laws applied in Romania, for 10 years.
Finally, in order to ship the order, your personal data will be sent to one of the courier companies with which we have signed contracts that respect the terms of Regulation 679/2016.
These companies can be: Fan Courier, Cargus, GLS, Posta Romana or, if necessary, another company.
Depending on the product you buy from our online store, it is possible to be contacted by one of the colleagues from the "Quality" department in order to improve the services.
18. User account in the Rentrop&Straton network
To use the "Shopping list" functionality - that is, to be able to place products in the virtual shopping list - it is necessary to first create a user account. For this, the following data are collected and used as mandatory data: name and surname, e-mail address and a password chosen by you. The e-mail address serves exclusively as a username for using and logging in to the website www.fokusdigitalservices.com. Your name is used only to be able to address you by name. Alternatively, you can create an account using the so-called logins through social networks (social logins) (eg via Facebook, Twitter or Google+). In these data protection principles, you can find additional information on the data thus transferred in the following subsection. Your data are not passed on to third parties.
If you want to permanently delete the user account, you must send an e-mail to dpo@rs.ro to request this. Your account will be deleted or anonymized immediately. Afterwards, you can create a new account at any time. If you do not use your user account for a period of three years, it is automatically deleted if you do not oppose this.
19. Contests with prizes
You have the opportunity to participate in contests with prizes on our website. The personal data transmitted during the participation in contests with prizes are used exclusively for the running of the contest (validation of the winners, awarding and transmission of the prize, announcing the winners). After the end of the contest and the notification of the winners, the data of the participants are deleted from the database. Following certain contests, you can opt for your data to enter the Rentrop&Straton database, to keep you up to date with our activities and promotions.

20. Authentication through social networks (social login)
On certain websites we offer you the possibility to register and log in using your Facebook, Google + or Twitter account (Social Login). Additional registration for the user account on this web page is not necessary in this case. In addition, your social network user account (Google+, Facebook or Twitter) is linked to the user account, so that you can authenticate with the social network user account for the user account and log in from there. The advantage is that you don't have to remember another password for the user account.

Such changes will be brought to the attention of the User by posting them on the website at team rs.ro/reguli.asp. The changes made in this way are considered to be accepted by the User if he continues to use the service after they are displayed on the website.
21.2 Force Majeure - the rs.ro team does not assume responsibility for the impossibility of complying with the obligations stipulated in these conditions, as a result of any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to fortuitous events, unfavorable weather conditions, the action or the inaction of the government, other networks or other competent authorities for which the rs.ro team is not responsible.
21.3 Jurisdiction - This website (excluding third party websites to which there are links) is controlled by the rs.ro team. By accessing this website, the User accepts that this contract and any dispute related to it are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania, and the User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts on the territory of Romania. This website can be accessed from anywhere in Romania and abroad. the rs.ro team does not offer any assurance that the content of this site obeys the laws (including those of intellectual property) of other countries outside of Romania.
